this is based on theory that sprits are energy and for the energy to manifest it will then give you a cold spot which then will class as a drop in temperature and that's how you get cold spots on paranormal investigations this is the sprit's way of letting you know that they are there with you
the humidity part of it will either rise or dip during the investigation and show you how much humidity is in that area or space at that moment
the probe on top of the device is highly sensitive so it will show you sudden drops in temperature at that moment in time!
